Although there is a broad fashion theme to most shoots, the group is really about anything fun and different.

The group meets on the third thursday of every month except December. The 2012 dates are thus:
19th Jan
16th Feb
15th Mar
19th Apr
17th May
21st Jun
19th Jul
16th Aug
20th Sep
18th Oct
15th Nov
(No group in Dec)

6pm: Studio opens
6.15pm: Lighting setup
6.45pm: Shoot begins (starting later if required for make-up)
9pm: Shoot ends (please help to put everything back before leaving)

Each shoot costs £25. This fee covers the model and MUA if applicable, with the balance going to club funds. To book a place, please call the club on 020-7587 1809.

Please bring an infra-red trigger or flashgun (or camera with built-in flash) to activate the lights. Please don't bring a radio trigger as there aren't enough sockets for people to do this. To use a flashgun to trigger studio lights, angle it towards the ceiling if you can, put it in manual mode and select minimum power (depending on your flashgun, this may be anything from 1/16th to 1/128th). This is enough to trigger the lights without affecting the exposure.
